Accessibility Statement

805 Night Market wants everyone to be able to use our website and enjoy our events.

1. Our goal

We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We are working toward that goal, and we review the Site as we add new pages and features.

2. What we have done

  • Text alternatives for images.
  • A "Skip to content" link for keyboard and screen reader users.
  • Labels on form fields.
  • Visible focus outlines for keyboard navigation.
  • Color contrast that aims to keep text readable.
  • Moving content, like our scrolling banner, stops when your device is set to reduce motion.

3. Known limitations

Some content comes from third parties we do not control, such as Eventbrite ticket pages, embedded forms, videos and social media. Those services have their own accessibility features and policies.

4. Report a problem

If you have trouble using any part of our website, or need information in another format, email support@805nightmarket.com with the subject "Accessibility." Please tell us the page and what happened, and how we can reach you. We will do our best to help and to fix the problem.

5. At our events

Service animals, as defined by applicable law, are welcome at our events. If you have questions about accessibility at a specific event, email us before you go.
