Ticket Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These Ticket Terms and Conditions ("Ticket Terms") apply to every ticket, wristband or other admission to any 805 Night Market event (each an "Event"). When you buy, hold or use a ticket, or walk into an Event, you agree to these Ticket Terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. Tickets are sold online only
Tickets are sold online only, through our ticketing provider, Eventbrite. Tickets are not sold at the gate. Buy tickets only through the links on this website or our official Eventbrite listings. Tickets bought from any other seller may be invalid, and we are not responsible for them.
Your purchase is also subject to Eventbrite's own terms and policies. Eventbrite processes the ticket payment; we do not receive or store your full card details.
2. Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled, or unless the refund policy shown on that Event's Eventbrite listing says otherwise. Refund requests are handled under the refund policy on the Event's Eventbrite listing and Eventbrite's own refund rules. Ticketing or service fees may not be refundable.
3. Rain or shine
Events happen rain or shine. Weather alone is not a reason for a refund. If we must delay, shorten, move or cancel an Event for safety reasons or other circumstances outside our control, we will post updates on this website and our official channels, and any refunds will follow Section 2.
4. Children
Kids 5 and under get in free. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
5. No re-entry
There is no re-entry. Once you leave the Event, your ticket is used and you will need a new ticket to come back in.
6. Bags and security checks
Bag rules apply, and all bags are subject to search at the entrance. We may refuse entry to anyone who declines a bag check or who carries items that are not allowed. Check the Event page for that Event's bag rules before you arrive.
7. No pets
Pets are not allowed. Service animals, as defined by applicable law, are welcome.
8. What you can't bring
To keep everyone safe, the following are not allowed at any Event:
- Outside food or drinks (except baby food, formula and items needed for medical reasons)
- Alcohol brought in from outside
- Lighters, matches, vapes or smoking
- Weapons of any kind
- Glass containers
- Pets (service animals welcome)
Bags may be checked at entry. We may refuse entry to anyone carrying items that are not allowed.
9. Assumption of risk
Outdoor festivals involve crowds, uneven ground, weather, cooking equipment, vehicles, music and other ordinary risks. By attending, you voluntarily accept the risks of attending, for yourself and for any minors in your care, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
10. Photo and video consent
Events are photographed and filmed. By entering an Event, you agree that 805 Night Market and people working on our behalf may record your image, likeness and voice, and may use those recordings in any media, including our website, social media and advertising, without payment to you. If you do not want to appear in a specific photo or video, please tell the photographer or videographer.
11. Code of conduct and right to remove
We want every guest, vendor and team member to feel safe. Harassment, violence, threats, discrimination, theft, vandalism, being dangerously intoxicated, and anything illegal are not allowed. Follow the instructions of event staff and security. We may refuse entry to anyone, or remove anyone from an Event, if we believe they have broken these Ticket Terms or put others at risk. Anyone removed will not receive a refund.
12. Food from independent vendors
Food and drinks at our Events are prepared and sold by independent vendors, not by 805 Night Market. Each vendor is responsible for its own food, ingredients, preparation and permits. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, it is your responsibility to ask the vendor about ingredients and preparation before you buy. We cannot guarantee that any food is free of allergens.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 805 Night Market is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost or stolen property, arising from your attendance. Our total liability for any claim related to a ticket is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket. Nothing in these Ticket Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.
14. Governing law
California law governs these Ticket Terms. Conflict-of-law principles that would apply another state's law do not apply.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Ticket Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you buy your ticket applies to that purchase. Questions? Email us at support@805nightmarket.com.
