Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how 805 Night Market uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies on our website (the "Site"). For more about how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and pixels are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Pixels (also called tags) are small pieces of code that send information about your visit to a service provider. Some are set by us ("first-party") and some by other companies ("third-party").
2. How we use them
- Essential: needed for the Site to work, such as remembering your privacy choices and keeping forms working. These cannot be turned off through our Site.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. We use, or plan to use, Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager.
- Advertising: help us measure our ads and show relevant ads to you on other platforms. We use, or plan to use, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel, managed through Google Tag Manager.
3. Third-party services
When you buy tickets, you use Eventbrite, which processes ticket sales and payments. Payments may also be processed by Square. Our sign-up and vendor forms may be provided by a third-party form provider. These services may set their own cookies under their own policies.
4. Your choices
- Opt out of sale or sharing: visit Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. When you opt out, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our Site will not load advertising pixels on that browser.
- Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the Site works.
- Platform settings: you can manage ad preferences in your Meta, TikTok and Google account settings.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Questions? Email support@805nightmarket.com.
